  • Remember His Faithfulness

    Hey there Amazonians and Warlords,

Sunday is a beautiful day to remind you that God cares for everything concerning you.

Remember His faithfulness in even the little things and trust Him for everything you need.

No matter what is happening, He never leaves His children.

Scripture tells us God knows what is going on in our lives and is faithful.

God’s love is unconditional and infinite — far far beyond what even the best of people are capable of.

I hope you start your new week with the reminder that God’s Love Is Incredible, Infinite and Unfailing!

  • His Grace Will See You Through

When we face difficulties, it’s important to remember that our words have power:

The tongue has the power of life and death” (Proverbs 18:21).

So while it might be tempting to say, “I don’t know how I’m going to make it…” the truth is, “I will make it with God’s help because God promises, “For I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength” (Philippians 4:13).

The grace of God will find you. No matter where you’ve gone or how far you’ve drifted nowhere is out of the reach of God’s grace.

No matter what storm you face, God will see you through. He is faithful.

I say unto you, keep praying and trusting in God. Do not turn right or left, but press on straight ahead. Do not give up, His grace will see you through.

2 Corinthians 12:9 And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.”

I pray that God’s grace will be sufficient for you this day and always.

When you’re facing hard times, what scriptures do you lean on to remind yourself that God will see you through the storm? Please share them in the comments.

  • SUNDAY THOTS: Be Encouraged!

No matter what comes your way, God is not surprised. Your challenge was not sent to defeat you; it was sent to increase you.

Difficulties and obstacles are God’s challenges to faith. When hindrances confront us in the path of duty, we are to recognize them as vessels for faith to fill with the fullness and all-sufficiency of Jesus.

God never takes away something from your life without replacing it with something better.

I hope these words encourage someone who might be going through some difficult situation. Hold on and trust God in ALL situations. You will come out better. Be encouraged!

  • Flourish Like A Palm Tree

The palm tree is not affected by any season. Whether in raining or dry season. You are a spiritual palm tree, no matter the season, you will always stay fresh and green.

You will never suffer dryness and so shall it be by the grace of God, Amem.

    Happy Sunday!

  • You need to read this real life experience

    Hi Lovelies,

I thought to share this experience from a friend of mine. He posted it on his Facebook page. I hope it touches you and encourages you to live a life worthy of our Lord’s coming always.

    ***

Should I call it a Vision or a Dream?
Real experience happened early hours of Sunday January 15, 2017.

On Saturday I arrived at the Tennis Club to hang out with my friends. We stayed late and agreed to meet at 7pm to go to a club and have drinks and listen to music. Went back to the hotel, freshened up and drove back to the clubhouse from where we went to the night club. We had drinks and ate diner and then left. I drove back to the hotel and went to bed. My alarm clock woke me up at 5am, I went to the bathroom and returned to my bed. Not sure if I slept or just in a trance but I found myself walking on the most beautiful and widest road I had ever seen. It was so smooth and I wondered why we did not have these kinds of roads. Then I looked in the distance and saw a huge gate across the road. The gate was grey in color, made of metal. It was a continuous gate, as wide as the eyes can see in both directions and the height was well into the clouds. Was amazed. But as I walked closer, I could feel the heat radiating from the gate. The heat increased with every step I took towards the gate. At some point it was becoming unbearable so asked myself, is this the entrance to hell? I then summed up courage shouted the following words. “GOD, in the name of YOUR SON our LORD and Saviour JESUS CHRIST, I don’t want to go to this hell. I then heard a loud and clear voice that said “OKAY THEN, TURN AROUND AND GO BACK.” I turned around and started walking back and then I woke up. I heard GOD speak to me. I could not look up to the direction of the voice but heard the deep but loud voice instructing me to go back. This is too vivid, scary and I cant stop thinking about it. I was very shaken when I woke up. So said to share. I am available to talk about this.

  • 7 Bible Verses To Restore Your Faith In The New Year

We are already two weeks into 2017! Thank God for His amazing kindness.

It has been an interesting year so far and I’m grateful for everything God has helped me accomplish so far.

As we look forward to the rest of the year and think about our expectations and goals, I’d like us to encourage ourselves in the word of God with these Bible Verses. I hope your faith is renewed with these promises from God:

    Romans 8:28
And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to his purpose.

    Jeremiah 29:11
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

    Matthew 6:34
Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough troubles of its own.

    Jeremiah 32:27
Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh: is there any thing too hard for me?

    Joel 2:25
And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you.

    John 14:13
And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

    Isaiah 41:10
Do not fear for I am with you: do not anxiously look about, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, surely I will help you, surely I will uphold you with my righteous hand.

  • Sunday Thots: Your Dreams Are Not Too Big For God

If God gives you a blank cheque, and asks you to write anything you want on it, what would it be?

I know many of us think it is impossible for us to receive something so big from God, but the truth is, we already have it. We already have that blank cheque in our hands as children of God but sometimes limit ourselves, our dreams, and think that they are too big for us.

I’d like to encourage us today with these words: If your dreams don’t scare you, they’re not big enough.

God never gives you a dream that matches your budget. He’s not checking your bank account, he’s checking your FAITH.

Don’t let small minds convince you that your dreams are too big. When other people are scared and fearful, they project their fear onto you telling you what you cannot do. Ignore them. Go after your dreams with tenacity, boldness and readiness.

It’s the last month of the year, but it’s never too late for God. He can make things happen even at the last minute. So, do not limit yourself any more.

As you step into the new week, have it in mind that miracles start to happen when you give as much energy to your dreams as you do to your fears.

    Have a splendid Sunday!

  • Sunday Thots: It’s Not By Power

Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts.

One of the most important things I’ve learned in life is that it is wiser to build our dependence on God than building it on people, because people can disappoint us at any moment. Not only that, we can disappoint ourselves! When we find ourselves in a rut or facing difficult situations, we sometimes try to use our own ‘power’ to find solutions, but only end up failing.

We should rather choose to leave God because He is ever present and there for those who need and seek Him with a sincere Heart.

Never give up. Keep your thoughts and your mind always on the goal. One of the secrets of success is to refuse to let temporary setbacks defeat you.

We must live our life Not by Might nor by Power but by His Spirit.

    Have a blessed Sunday!

  • Finding Freedom Through Forgiveness

He that cannot forgive others breaks the bridge over
which he himself must pass if he would ever reach
heaven; for everyone has need to be forgiven.
    – George Herbert

Nearly everyone has been hurt by the actions or words of another. These feelings of hurt can burrow deep into one’s heart, causing lasting resentment and anger. But if you don’t practice forgiveness, you might be the one who pays most dearly.

It’s amazing how much power the word ‘Forgiveness’ holds. It has the power to release freedom and happiness. It has the power to allow us to move forward without ever having to focus on the past.

Forgiveness is a great purifier. It matters not how long you have hated or how deep the hurt runs. A room can be dark for ten seconds or ten years; the moment that light floods the room, the darkness disappears as though it had never been.

Are you very bitter and depressed towards a certain person who hurt you in the past? I urge you today to forgive and let go. If you do not forgive, you are bound to the person who injured you as surely as if you were handcuffed together.

We forgive by faith, out of obedience. Since forgiveness goes against our nature, we must forgive by faith, whether we feel like it or not. We must trust God to do the work in us that needs to be done so that the forgiveness will be complete.

I hope that we find that faith to forgive anyone who might have hurt us, and therefore find freedom and peace in our lives.

    Have a beautiful Sunday!

  • These Three Things…

And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love. – 1 Corinthians 13:13

This is one favourite Bible verse among a lot of Christians, containing three important things we need to live by.

Faith, by which we apprehend spiritual blessings, and walk with God. Hope, by which we view and expect eternal blessedness, and pass through things temporal so as not to lose those which are eternal. Love, by which we show forth the virtues of the grace which we receive by faith in living a life of obedience to God, and of good will and usefulness to man.

The greatest of these remains love. Love to our fellow man, love to our family, even love to those who least expect it. Sadly, love is also misunderstood in our world. It has been distorted, redefined, and perverted so that all manner of vices are described as love.

What is your definition of love?
