SL Fabz, won’t you agree that this year going so fast? Can’t believe it is August already. So many things I want to do yet before the end of the year. Guess I’d better get busy. So happy new month y’all. What are your goals for this month? make sure you set some. Lots of excuses have been made for why previous ones have not finished yet. Bottom line, you just need to be motivated enough. Time is flying, so motivation better kick in now.  Hope everybody has a great day!!     Gud morning lovely one, Aunty Steph,
    i am a mother of two.i had my second baby in march, 2013.i put on a lot of weight and have been battling to shed it. in this month of August i want to shed some of that weight by God’s grace. by next month i promise u will hear from me.for now i weight 98kg.
