You cannot avoid Stress. But you manage or even solve it completely. When stressed, you can choose to Sleep, take a walk, chat with a loved one, meditate positively, forgive past hurts, kiss, have sex, smooch, have a laugh, cry a little, care for the needy, have a change of Scene, write down your thoughts, watch a film or grow a garden. Just relax and have fun. And you don’t need to pay for it.
The last part is the most difficult to say when it comes to dealings with the opposite sex.
It’s only in this part of the world that a woman will love a man and she will refuse to make her feelings known to the man in question…
I listen to music, go swimming,hangout with friends and family.
