The fourth episode of Make Me Fabulous Season 2 was truly a memorable one. The Show is all about keeping families together and strengthening marriages, and it gives us such joy when we hear from our couples that we are achieving exactly that.
During the Talk To Steph segment with our guest couple, Yemisi and Oluwole, I was overjoyed to hear that they had the opportunity to connect during their time spent on the show in a way that they normally wouldn’t have. The importance of spending quality time together with your spouse cannot be overemphasized. It’s very important for couples to get together once in a while to evaluate their relationship in the right setting and we’re glad we were able to do this for Yemisi and Oluwole!

It’s the fourth week already! Wow, how time flies!!!
On August 12th, we had the premiere of Make Me Fabulous Season 2 and now, we have gone down four fabulous couples. Yemisi and Oluwole were our guests on Episode 4 and we had a lovely time giving them a memorable experience. From their time at the Landmark Hotel, to all the fabulous treats we had for them and the Vow Renewal Ceremony, everything went great. But their dinner had a unique twist.
Oluwole is a Chef and we thought it would be nice for him to enjoy a romantic dinner with his wife in a kitchen. And it was not just any kitchen, this was a tastefully designed one from Vurn by Pedini. From the fittings, to the appliances, everything was top notch. And to add to their joy, Yemisi and Oluwole received a replica of the same kitchen in their home!

Their day started with a bang and our first stop was the Landmark Hotels where we had a luxury suite prepared for them. We wanted that to be their first taste of what a fabulous experience truly is.It didn’t take them long before they started getting comfortable. But, they had no idea how much we had planned for them!Soon, it was time for Yemisi to go shopping! She met up with our celebrity stylist Chioma Okereke at the Ejiro Amos Tafiri store.The showroom of award winning fashion designer Ejiro Amos Tafiri had lots of style options. Chioma got to work by helping Yemisi pick the perfect outfit for her dinner date. All done!After her shopping, Yemisi got together with Oluwole once again and they headed over to the Tirta Ayu Spa where the serene environment and well trained staff were waiting to pamper them to the max.First, they got their feet washed like royalty….relaxed with a full body massage……and then rounded up with a soothing pedicure.Wow, they look so refreshed already.Next, Yemisi met up with our talented hairstylist – Ferdinand.In no time, Ferdinand worked his magic and got her hair looking glam!But we had one more step to go. Her makeup! And Kelechi of BelleBedazzled was on hand to bring out the best in Yemisi’s look.Oluwole waits patiently to see his beautiful wife in a tastefully designed kitchen by Pedini-Bosch Nigeria Ltd.Here she comes looking like a million bucks!!!That look of love and admiration on Oluwole’s face is everything we hoped to see!Dinner on this episode was uniquely different. Yemisi & Oluwole had their dinner prepared for them by a Chef in the tastefully designed kitchen by @pedini_boschng This special treat was even more appreciated considering the fact that Oluwole himself is a Chef!! What a lovely kitchen! Did you notice the quality Bosch appliances and exquisite design?It’s time for me to meet them!We had an interesting time talking about their time on the show. But the biggest surprise was yet to come. Yemisi & Oluwole were the lucky winners of a full kitchen set from Vurn by Pedini. They were super excited when I told them.The lovebirds share a kiss after a beautiful evening.The next morning, Yemisi got all glammed up for the Vow Renewal Ceremony. She looked stunning in that Ejiro Amos Tafiri dress.Oluwole couldn’t believe his eyes when he saw his beautiful wife.Their exchange of vows was a truly special one. They had a lot to say to each other and their words were filled with so much love.Cheers to fabulousity! They weren’t expecting it, but we had more gifts for them. It’s not very often that we get a couple who have been married for two decades on the Make Me Fabulous show.
Uchechi & Agbo Titus were our special guests on Episode 3 this season and after 20 years of marriage, they had a lot to share! Asides from the fact that Agbo had such a good sense of humor to make our session really interesting, they had lots of interesting tips to give about having a good marriage and it was absolutely wonderful being in their company.

After being married for so long, couples tend to get used to each other and forget the need to spend quality time together away from home. But I love the fact that Agbo admitted this and promised to do better in this area:

Whenever we call for entries on the Make Me Fabulous Show, we get applications from couples all over the country who have been married for varying number of years. But it’s not very often that we get to have a couple who have been married for 20 years!
Uchechi & Agbo Titus are a very special couple. After two decades in marriage, they shared their journey with us on the show and we got the opportunity to make them FABULOUS. This goes to show that there is no point at which you stop enjoying your marriage or the company of your partner. We were so glad to host them on the show, and now, it’s time to share some lovely pictures from their time with us.
It was lovely meeting them. I love the excitement he had on his face when the Make Me Fabulous crew got to his home.A flashback to their wedding 20 years ago!Our first stop was The Moorhouse Ikoyi, Lagos where we had a fabulous suite prepared for them.Mr & Mrs Titus were expectant, but they had no idea of all we had planned for them.We gave their room a personal touch…And before we knew it, they loosened up and began to have fun!Awww…. what a sweet couple. They acted like they just got married 💖💖They enjoyed a quick bite together before we whisked them out for some shopping.Our first stop was the Trouvai Lingerie Store where Uchechi had the pleasure of picking out some intimate lingerie.With the help of the lovely associates at the store, her shopping was a good experience!

Chioma helped Uchechi pick out a lovely dress for their dinner date. It had to be something that will make her look younger and very stylish, to rekindle those memories of her youthful years.And for Agbo, he needed something smart and tasteful to match up his wife’s beautiful look.They look satisfied!The pampering continued at the Beauty Concerns Spa where our lovely couple enjoyed a relaxing couple’s massage.Then Uchechi got some facialsAnd then a pedicure.Agbo also got a relaxing pedicure and manicure too!Next, we began our fabulous transformation for Uchechi. Remember, our goal was to bring back that youthful spark into her look and so we had only the best hands on deck for this.Ferdinand, our talented celebrity hairstylist started by giving her hair a revamp with lots of curls. And then celebrity makeup artist Jane, got to work.The finished result was nothing but fa-bu-lous!We had her looking and smiling like a teenager 😍You bet Agbo was stunned when he saw his wife that evening. She didn’t look like the same person he left the house with!They settled down for a romantic dinner date and trust me when I say these two are just lovebirds 😍 It was the perfect 20-year wedding anniversary dinner for them!The Moorhouse is a really beautiful place at night, and these two made it even more beautiful with their presence.They thought we were done for the night, but we had one more surprise waiting!It was such a pleasure meeting them and I’m glad we gave them such a memorable time.Agbo had so many interesting stories to tell about their day and he told it with a great sense of humor!The next morning, we continued their fabulous treatment with some breakfast in bed.Uchechi looked stunning as she got ready for their Vow Renewal Ceremony.Agbo matched his wife’s stunning look with this regal outfit.After 20 years in marriage, this was their chance to once again express themselves with words as they renewed those important vows to each other. I felt so happy for them.It was an intimate and lovely ceremony.And we had every reason to celebrate!!!We couldn’t let them go without giving them some fabulous gifts from our sponsors.The biggest surprise was the N100,000 given to them by Union Bank.I’m so glad we were able to give Mr & Mrs Titus a fabulous experience and a lovely wedding anniversary celebration, and I pray their marriage continues to wax stronger and stronger!

On the Make Me Fabulous Show, we do our part to help couples have a good time and help ignite that spark in their marriages. But we believe that God is the ultimate problem solver and that He alone can break those walls that stand in the way of their happiness.
Right after the Joyful & Temitope’s Vow Renewal, I was led to pray for them. This wasn’t planned at all. The words just filled my mouth as I was talking to them and I’m very glad the Holy Spirit took over at that moment. There’s something about connecting with God that leaves us feeling lighter and that’s the way we all felt. When we lay our problems at His feet, he takes that burden away from us.
I need to take a moment to appreciate the glam team behind all the fabulous looks we’ve had so far on Make Me Fabulous Season 2. They have all been truly awesome!!! From the makeup artists, to the hair stylist, the fabulous designers and stylists, we have seen them bring out their A-game all the time and we are truly grateful.
We’ve only gone down two episodes in this season so far and the compliments we’ve received regarding the beauty and style transformations have been wonderful.
A woman who knows she looks beautiful and well dressed carries herself with confidence, and we’ve seen that confidence in all our guests on the show. Of course, we didn’t leave the men out!
